We are continuously researching and refining our chatbot’s role in higher education. We have developed a platform that enables lecturers to create a course chatbot through an automated process, selecting the course materials to be uploaded and determining access permissions.
At the same time, the university community extends beyond the lecture room. This means that a one-size-fits-all course chatbot will not suffice. Therefore, we have developed a variety of custom-built chatbots, adapted it's individual requirements.

The CV Helper
Together with Tilburg Career Services, we developed The CV Helper. This chatbot collaborates with students to create or review their CVs. Based on Tilburg Career Services' best practices, the chatbot provides advice on improving individual sections, tone, and overall layout, while preserving the student's authentic style and character.

The Arrest Helper
The Arrest Helper is created together with Tilburg Law School to support students in interpreting legal judgments. Given a ten-step framework, the chatbot works together with the student through each stage of a legal arrest.
